One Fat Quarter: $3.50;
Half a Yard up to One Yard: $3.75;
One and a Half Yards: $4.60;
Two Yards: $5.15
First Class rates are based on weight, so it's cheaper to use USPS Priority Mail for purchases of more than 2 yards.
